As a mother of three boys, my own experiences navigating their nursing, speech, and motor development needs led me down the path of bodywork, structure, and function.
It led me to becoming trained in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) through the Gillespie Approach in 2023. Shortly after, I studied at The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, IL, where I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in both Missouri and Illinois and earned certification in Myofascial Release (MFR). I am currently attending a 700-hour course there to become a Registered Craniosacral Therapist in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST).
